Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any part of the betline.com platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not access or use BetLine.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Alberta, Canada to use BetLine. We verify identity during registration. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. One account per person is permitted. Sharing accounts or creating accounts on behalf of another person is prohibited.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
Minimum deposit is $20. Withdrawals are processed to the originating payment method. BetLine reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals. We are not responsible for delays caused by payment processors.
5. Wagering Rules
All bets are final once confirmed. BetLine reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, technical faults, or violation of wagering rules. Palpable errors in odds do not create an obligation for BetLine to honour the bet.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
Bonus funds are subject to individual promotion terms including wagering requirements. Bonus abuse, including multi-accounting or use of automated tools, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.
7. Responsible Gaming
BetLine encourages responsible gambling. Self-exclusion and deposit limits are available at any time. BetLine complies with Alberta's responsible gaming framework and reports to the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission (AGLC).
8. Limitation of Liability
BetLine shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform beyond the amount wagered on the affected bet. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of BetLine constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
